3. Strict No Refund Policy & Exceptions

6. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

We are committed to providing excellent technical support. Before reaching out to your bank or credit card company to initiate a dispute or chargeback, you must contact our support team at academy@drupsingh.com to attempt an amicable resolution.

• Digital Tracking: Please note that our Learning Management System securely logs all IP addresses, login timestamps, and course consumption metrics.
• Fraudulent Disputes: Initiating a chargeback after successfully accessing and consuming our digital course materials is considered “friendly fraud.” Unjustified chargebacks will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your academy account, the revocation of any associated medical certifications, and the submission of your digital consumption logs to the issuing bank to contest the dispute.
